Phi Alpha Delta’s G.O.L.D. Program
A Weekend That Shapes the Lawyer You’re Becoming

About the Program

Phi Alpha Delta’s Growing Our Leadership Diversity (G.O.L.D.) Program started as a mentoring initiative, but has been reimagined as a high-impact, in-person leadership weekend that immerses law students from diverse backgrounds in transformational learning, professional development, and community building.

The G.O.L.D. Program is intentionally crafted to help students:

  • Strengthen their leadership identity through guided assessments, interactive workshops, and personalized facilitator feedback.
  • Elevate their professional presence by refining résumés, enhancing interview skills, and developing a strong personal brand.
  • Build meaningful relationships with fellow participants, P.A.D. leadership, attorneys, and recruiters who can support their career journey.

The mission of G.O.L.D. remains the same: to identify diverse leaders, to invest in their development, and to prepare them to lead with integrity, courage, and purpose, within P.A.D. and across the legal profession.
